Refund policy


💳 REFUND , RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the nature of trading cards and collectible products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or returns unless otherwise stated.

Rare Refund Exceptions

In rare situations where a refund is approved at our discretion:

  • A non-negotiable 5% restocking fee will be deducted

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Orders that violate purchase limits, shipping restrictions, or store policies (including “1 per customer” or “local pickup only” items) may be canceled at our discretion. Payment processing fees are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancelations due to Pricing Accuracy & errors 

We strive to ensure all product prices are accurate and updated in real time using third-party market pricing tools (e.g., TCGPlayer). However, in rare cases, technical errors, bugs, or data discrepancies may result in incorrect pricing.

We reserve the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to:
- System or software errors  
- Third-party pricing feed inaccuracies  
- Human error  
- Obvious pricing mistakes (e.g., items listed significantly below market value)

If such an error occurs:
- The order will be cancelled and refunded in full  
- The customer will be notified promptly  

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that we are not obligated to fulfill orders affected by pricing errors.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion, including suspected abuse, botting, or exploitation of pricing errors.

Botting & Order Manipulation

We actively monitor for automated purchasing (“botting”) activity.

  • If we determine an order was placed using bots or automated purchasing methods, we reserve the right to cancel the order at any time.

  • Cancelled bot orders are subject to a non-negotiable 10% restocking/processing fee.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in abusive or manipulative purchasing behavior.

 

REFUNDS ON PRE ORDERS

All pre-orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee when refunding to the original form of payment. Pre-orders can be canceled in full to store credit.

We will not cancel preorder items unless we do not have the allocation for them, we are notified by the distributor if we are receiving fewer products prior to release, if that is the case we will fulfill the orders based on who ordered first.
