🏬 IN-STORE PICKUP POLICY

We offer a Local Pickup option for customers who wish to collect their orders in person.

Please note:

  • Orders require up to 4 business days to be processed and prepared for pickup.

  • Do NOT come to pick up your order until you receive a confirmation that your order is ready for pick up.

  • For any requests to process instore pick up faster please call before placing order.

Failure to wait for confirmation may result in delays.

If you require expedited pickup, please contact the store directly before placing your order.

All Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

SHIPPING TIMES?

Canadian/ USA - Untracked Bubble Mailer Please allow up to 5-10 business days to process during the holidays. Shipping times are outlined at checkout. 

When choosing bubble mailer you accept all responsibility of the item arriving to you, we cannot track bubble mailer or letter mailers, please choose at your own risk. we have many tracked options available. there are no refunds on orders lost by the shipping carrier for untracked shipping.

All other international orders are shipped with the courier selected at checkout.

Please note, the timeline estimate provided at checkout does NOT include processing times. This is only the transit time provided by the courier and is not guaranteed by Kunaigames as there can be delays out of our control. There are no refunds on shipping due to courier delays.

PROCESSING TIMES

Our current processing times for orders is 1-5 business days. Holidays and new drops may effect these times.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Canada AND USA - Note to USA customers, duties and taxes may be applicable based on your shipping country and this is up to the customer to pay. If you have questions regarding this, please contact your local government. 

STOLEN PACKAGES/LOST IN TRANSIT/COVERAGE

Stolen packages are not covered by Kunaigames. When checking out make sure signature required is applied as stolen items will not be covered. if you would like to insure your full order please contact Kunaigames.

Kunaigames shall not be held liable for delivery issues arising from customer-provided incorrect or incomplete addresses. In such cases, any resulting loss is the responsibility of the customer.

📮 Letter Mail / Bubble Mail (Untracked – At Your Own Risk)

If you select Letter Mail or Bubble Mail, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • These methods are NOT tracked

  • These methods are NOT insured

  • Delivery may take up to 45+ days, depending on postal service delays

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages

  • No refunds or replacements will be issued for lost untracked shipments

By selecting this option, you accept full responsibility for any delivery issues.
