This ticket reserves one place in the event. Purchase your entry on Kunaigames.com to guarantee your spot. Registration through Flesh and Blood is also required for tournament organization; registration there alone does not guarantee a place.

Event Fee Refund Policy

When you register for an event, you agree to these terms.

For cancellation requests, please call the store where the event is hosted at least 3 hours before the event starts. Cancellation requests made within 3 hours of the start time are not eligible for a refund.

For events starting at or before 12:00 PM, please call the store the day before during opening hours.

Please call the store if you have any questions.

Shipping information

- Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to ship from our store.

- You can choose tracked shipping and select the delivery speed you'd like from the carrier.

- If you choose an untracked bubble mailer, you accept the risk and responsibility for the package. Canada Post may damage or lose it, and untracked methods can take up to 45 days to arrive due to carrier delays. Any damage or loss caused by Canada Post is not covered by KunaiGames. Please wait the full period before contacting us about shipping issues.

We do not accept returns

Because these are trading card game products, we cannot accept returns.

You have 30 days to file a complaint about your order regarding missing or damaged items, via tracked mail only.

On the rare occasion we do accept a return, a 3% restocking fee is deducted from the refund.
