Rounds will be 50 min Best of 3 (Either 3 or 4 rounds based on attendance) 


Prizing:

Prizing will be 100% of event ticket back to the players as store credit.

Depending on the ammount of players:

1-9 Players = Top 3 split (1st=50%---2nd=30%---3rd=20%----)

10 or more Players = Top 4 split( 1st=40%---2nd=30%---3rd=20%----4rth=10%)

Each player will receive 1 nexus night promo pack.

Entry:

In order to play in this event you MUST purchase entry on our website to guarantee participation. Signup on the Bandai app is mandatory for Tournament Organization, but it does not guarantee a spot in the event. Purchasing an event entry on the website Kunaigames.com for the desired event on the correct date will guarantee your spot in the event.

Event Fee Refund Policy:When you register for an event, you agree to these terms.

For any cancellation requests, please call the store where the event is being hosted at least 3 hours before the start time of the event. Cancellation requests made within 3 hours of the event start time are not eligible for a refund.

For any cancellation requests for an event that starts at or before 12:00 PM, please call the store the day before during opening hours.

Shipping information

- Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to ship from our store.

- You can choose tracked shipping and select the delivery speed you'd like from the carrier.

- If you choose an untracked bubble mailer, you accept the risk and responsibility for the package. Canada Post may damage or lose it, and untracked methods can take up to 45 days to arrive due to carrier delays. Any damage or loss caused by Canada Post is not covered by KunaiGames. Please wait the full period before contacting us about shipping issues.

We do not accept returns

Because these are trading card game products, we cannot accept returns.

You have 30 days to file a complaint about your order regarding missing or damaged items, via tracked mail only.

On the rare occasion we do accept a return, a 3% restocking fee is deducted from the refund.
